EMPLOYEE CLEARING ROCK CHUTE WITH IRON BAR. BAR SLIPPED AND EMPLOYEE CAUGHT HIS RING FINGER AND LITTLE FINGER OF LEFT HAND BETWEEN BAR AND WALL OF ROCK CHUTE. AS A RESULT BOTH FINGERS DESCRIBE ED ABOVE WERE BROKEN AND STITCHES NEEDED.
