HE WAS TRYING TO REMOVE A LARGE ROCK STUCK IN THE JAW OF THE CRUSHER HE WAS USING A WEDGE TO MOVE THE ROCK, WHEN IT SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO FALL AGAINST THE HAND RAIL AROUND THE TOP OF THE CRUS HER.
