EE WAS REMOVING BOLTS FROM A DISCHARGE LINE ON A THOMAS PUMP IN ORDER TO REMOVE THE PIPE FREOM THE PUMP. INSTEAD OF REMOVING THE TOP BOLT LAST HE REMOVED THE BOTTOM BOLT LAST. WHEN THE LAST BOLT WAS REMOVED THE PIPE DROPPED & CAUGHT HIS HAND CAUSING A SCRAPING INJURY & LACERATING THE WEB BETWEEN HIS THUMB & FOREFINGER. THIS INJURY REQUIRED SUTURING ONLY.
