EMP WAS REMOVIN1 A PIECE OF 1/2 IN PLATE THAT HAD BEN WELDED TO AN H BEAM AFTER FLAME CUTTING THE WELD HE WAS USING A CHISEL AND 1 LB HAMMER TO REMOVE PLATE WHICH WAS STILL HOLDING WITH MELTED METAL ON ONE SI8E. PUT CHISEL IN LOOSENED SIDE AND WAS DRIVING CHISEL TOWARD STUCK SIDE- WAS NOT HOLDING CHISEL USING FRICTION OF PLATE TO HOLD IT. CHISEL SLIPPED AND HAMMER STUCK KNEE CAP
