EMPL WAS ADDING 150' LONG 1" DIA. PENNENT WIRE TO STARBOARD TRIGERY WIRE. HE WAS UNSHACKLING PENNANTIVE FROME MC LEADER CABLE WHEN IT BECAME APPARENT THAT SHACKLE PIN COULD NOT BE REMOVED BY DUE TO TENSION ON WIRE. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO USE 6' PRY BAR TO KNOCK PIN OUT. WHILE HITTING PIN HE MISSED & CUT MIDDLE FINGER OF LEFT HAND.
