EMPLOYEE WAS IDSASSEMBLING A HYDRAULIC BODY LIFT ASSEMBLY ON A 35 TON DUMP TRUCK. HE WAS USING A PORTAPOWER WITH 4 11/2 SOCKETS AS SPACERS TO PUSH THE PIN OUT OF THE BUSHING. THE LIFT ASSEBLY WAS BEING HELD BY A STRAP CONNECTED TO THE WHEN ON THE CRANE OF A MECHANICS TRUCK TO HOLD IT SECURE.
