INJURED WAS TAKING A PART LOSE WITH A CHISEL ANDIT SLIPPED BACK, STRIKING HIM NEAR THE RIGHT EYECUTTING THE SKIN. THE IMPACT CAUSED HIM TO SEE BRIGHT LIGHTS AND HAVE SOME BLURRED VISION.
