THE EE WAS USING A PRY BAR TO ALIGN A WEAR LINER IN A MILL CASTING. THE BAR SLIPPED WHICH RESULTED IN HIS LEFT RING FINGER BEING SMASHED BETWEEN THE PRY BAR AND THE MILL CASTING.
