EMPLOYEE WAS IN CRUSHER, TRYING TO GET A HUNG ROCK OUT WITH A WEDGE WHEN THE ROCK CAME OUT CAUSING THE WEDGE TO COME UP AND HIT HIM IN THE HEAD OVER LEFT EYE, KNOCKING THE EMPLOYEE OUT. SINCE EMPLOYEE WAS KNOCKED OUT, HE WAS TRANSPORTED BY AMBULANCE TO HOSPITAL WHERE THEY X=RAYED SKULL AND DID CAT SCAN FINDING NO SERIOUS INJURIES.

HE WAS HOLDING A SLEDGE HAMMER IN HIS HAND, HITTING ROCKS OUR OF A GRISSLY. AT THE TIME HE SHIFTED HIS BODY, HE WENT DOWN AND SAID IT SOUNDED LIKE SOMETHING CLICKED IN HIS BACK.
