DURING A MINOR MAINT. ROUTINE TO DIS-ASSEMBLE AN AUTO-SAMPLER, EMPLOYEE WAS USING A CRESCENT WRENCH TO LOOSEN A BOLT WHICH WAS SLIGHTLY RUSTED. WHEN THE BOLT CAME LOOSE UN-EXPECT-TANTLY THE EM PLOYEES HAND SLIPPED AND HE PINCHED HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE WRENCH AND THE SAMPLER FRAME, RESULTING IN A LACERATION TO THE FIFITH DIGIT AND A SIMPLE FRACTURE TO THE SAME FINGETIP.
