TWO EE WERE CLEANING OUT A MATERIAL SLIDE CHUTE WITH A 4 FOOT BAR. THE BAR APON IMPACT WITH THE CHUTE, BOUNCED BACK STRIKING THE SECOND EE IN THE RIGHT EYEBROW. THE CUT WAS APPROX 1" LONG.
