WHILE WORKIN GON UNIT DRAG LINE CHANGING DUMP CABLE FROM SOCKET. THE CABLE END FLEW AROUND AND HIT EMPLOYEE IN THE MOUTH(FRONT) BREAKING A CAPPED AND CROWNED TOOTH OFF. A SLIGHT CUT ON THE L OWER LIP BUT DID NOT REQUIRE ANY STITCHES. EMPLOYEE WENT TO DENTIST RIGHT AWAY.
