EE HAD REMOVED THE BURNER JET TO REMOVE THE BUILD UP OF OIL AND DUST WITH A WIRE BRUSH, WHEN HE WAS BENDING OVER HIS GLASSES PROBABLY SLID DOWN HIS NOSE ALLOWING THE DUST TO GET PAST THEM AND IN TO HIS EYES.
