EE & CO-WORKER WERE ATTEMPTING TO PLACE AN UPPERTOGGLE PLATE SEAT (250 LBS.) IN THE CRUSHER BY PLACING A PIPE THRU THE HOLES IN THE CONVEYOR FRAMING USING A COME-A-LONG. THE PIPE THAT WAS HOL DING THE WEIGHT SLIPPED OUT OF ONE OF THE HOLES FALLING DOWN 6" STRIKING EE ACROSS THE SHOULDERS& PINNING HER WITH THE WEIGHT OF THE SEAT. SHE WAS PINNED NOT MORE THAN 2 MIN. TAKEN TO HOSP.
