INJURED & ANOTHER EMPL WERE WORKING ON MILL JOURNAL ASSEMBLY. THEY WERE KNOCKING OUT OLD BOT THAT WAS LODGED IN UPPER JOURNAL HOUSING. INJURED EMPL WAS HOLDING PUNCH SO OTHER EMPL COULD KNOCK OUT BOLT. HAMMER GLANCED OFF PUNCH & SMASHED TIPOF INJUREDS RING FINGER LEFT HAND.
