REPLACING BOLTS IN TRANSISTION PIPE ON TOP OF MILL. A POINTED SPUD BAR WAS BEING USED TO ALIGN HOLES. THE BAR SLIPPED AND HE WAS NOT WEARING A SAFETY BELT. HE FELL ABOUT 14' TO THE FLOOR AND L ANDED ON HIS FEET. THE RESULT WAS A FRACTURED HEEL BONE.
