INJURED WAS USING PRYBAR,ATTEMPTING TO PRY OVER A BARMAC ROCK CRUSHER,TO LINE UP BOLT HOLES TO PUT BOLTS IN.THE PRYBAR SLIPPED OFF THE BARMAC FRAME AND HE FELL TO THE GROUND.HE LANDED ON HIS F EET,BUT ONE LEG HIT A PIPE AND THE OTHER LEG HITABOUT A FOOT LOWER THAN THE OTHER LEG ON THE GROUND.INJURY WAS TO HIS LEFT FOOT,LEFT LEG,MIDDLE OF BACK,AND RIGHT SIDE OF NECK.
