THE EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING IN THE SCREW CONVEYOR. HE WAS INSTALLING THE SCREW TO THE GEER REDUCTOR USING A 36 INCH PIPE WRENCH. THE PIPE WRENCH SLIPPED DOWN AND HIT HIS FINGER.
