EMPLOYEE WAS USING A HYDRAULIC JACK TO STRAIGHTEN A BRACE ONA TRAILER. THE JACK SLIPPED WHILE EMPLOYEE WAS HAMMERING THE BRACE, CAUSING HAMMER TO STRIKE EMPLOYEE IN THE RIGHT CHEEK, CAUSING A LACERATION AND STITCHES WERE REQUIRED.
