EMPLOYEE WAS KNEELING ON BOTH KNEES ATTEMPTING TO TIGHTEN SOME BOLTS ON AN RO AND CAP. WHEN HE STRETCHED TO REACH THE FURTHEST MOST BOLT HE FELT A MINOR DISCOMFORT TO HIS LEFT GROIN AREA. HE H AD DIFFICULTY WALKING. WAS DIAGNOSED BY THE DOCTOR AS A LEFT INGUINAL STRAIN.
