Showing all 7Employee suffered a strain to EE's left wrist while using a wrecking bar to check conveyor bearings and to remove built up material. The strain was caused by the repetitive twisting motion.
Employee was using a rod to loosen material in a hopper. When the material broke free his arm came down and struck a metal plate that caused a laceration on his right forearm. Employee required 4 stitches to close the wound.
EMPLOYEE WAS USING A UTILITY KNIFE AND LACERATED HIS FINGER.
