EMPLOYEE WAS TIGHTENTING NUT ON MOTOR FOR SCRUBBER BELTS WHEN HIS WRENCH SLIPPED OFF THE NUT. THE WRENCH HIT HIM IN THE FACE, MAKING A CUT BETWEEN HIS EYE AND TEMPLE ON HIS RIGHT SIDE. HE RE CEIVED 4 STITCHES AND A TETANUS SHOT.
