Two employees were splicing a conveyor belt. While installing the clamps the wrench employee one was holding was moved and causing the middle finger of left hand to get caught between the wrench and the frame of the conveyor. Medically treated and currently on light duty.

Employee was changing belts on a motor. Employee was using a come-along to pull rubberized motor mount so that belts may be iinserted. Employee attached come-along to eye-bolt on motor housing. Bolt sheared while employee was installing belts. Motor housing pinched employee hand against angle iron causing laceration and fracture.
