Miner was cutting plastic with a box cutter, and the box cutter slipped out/off of the plastic, hitting the miner's hand and causing a cut on the knuckle of a finger. Miner went to Urgent Care for treatment.

This report is late because we were told at first it was a re-injury. It has been established that it is a new injury. The employee was "working on dry screen of wash deck" and was "pulling on ratchet in awkward position". He has tendonitis and possible rotator cuff injury to the right shoulder.
