THE EE WAS SHOVELING SALT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE 14' SHAFT AS SHE TWISTED TO THROW THE SALT OUT OF THE SHOVE, SHE FELT A PAIN IN HER LOWER LEFT SIDE. SHE HAS CONTINUED TO WORK AT HER REGULAR OCC UPATION, BUT HAS BEEN SCVHEDULED FOR THERAPY THE WEEK OF 10-8 AND 10-15, 3 TIMES A WEEK.
