Employee was hand scaling with a hand bar in a lift basket. The hand bar slipped and caused the employee to pinch the right little finger between the bar and the basket railing. Laceration required stitches to close wound. Placed on light duty for 10 days.

While striking a wrench to break loose a bolt on the final drive assembly of a LHD, the bolt broke free and pinched EE's left index finger between the wrench and another bolt, causing a laceration. Five (5) sutures were required to close the wound.

Employee's left hand was on drill chuck. Drill steel fell out of mine roof and struck employee's left ring finger by nail joint, crushing finger.

The employee was scaling the ribs with a hand scaling bar when a section of scale fell hitting the scaling bar. This caused the bar to bend his right wrist back. A bone was fractured in his wrist. Employee was placed on light duty until wrist heals.
