MECHANIC HAD DISCONNECTED AND LOWERED TRANSMISSION TO THE GROUND. THE MECHANIC ARBITRARILY FABRICATED A LIFTING EYE TO BE USED TO LAY THE TRANSMISSION ON ITS SIDE. MECHANIC WAS PREPARING TO LA Y THE TRANSMISSION ON ITS SIDE WHEN IT FELL OVER, PULLING AND TEARING THE MECHANIC S FABRICATED HOOK. THE TRANSMISSION THEN RESTED ON THE MECHANIC UPPER RIGHT LEG AND GROIN AREA.
