EE WAS WORKING ON THE APRON FEEDER OF THE CRUSHER WHEN THE WRENCH SLIPPED OFF THE NUT CAUSING HIM TO LOSE HIS FOOTING AND FALL APPROX. 6' TO THE GROUND. HE FELL ON A FAUCET THAT WAS APPROX 2' ABOVE GROUND LEVEL, HITTING HIS LEFT SIDE OF HISBACK, RESULTING IN BROKEN RIBS.
