WHILE MOVING 4" DIAMETER STEEL USED FOR HOLDING FM MOTOR IN PLACE TO WORK ON CLUTCH, EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT PINKY WAS CAUGHT IN PINCH POINT OF BAR ANDBUILDING STRUCTURE. THIS SMASHED HIS RIGHT PINKY CUTTING THE FLESH. EMPLOYEE HAD 10 STICHES TO CLOSE THE CUT.
