Showing all 3Injury occurred on Thur. 08/29/2013. It was not reported until Tue. 09/03/2013, at which time employee was sent to the doctor. On 08/29 employee was swinging the large hammer to break a large stone. When he hit the stone some rock fragments flew off and hit his left hand. He said he was wearing only one glove.
While using sledge hammer to split stone, missed hitting the stone and smashed my middle finger
