WHILE CHANGING THE SHIMS ON THE C-500 SHOVEL BUCKET DOOR, THE PRY BAR THE EE WAS USING TO PRY UP THE PLUNGER AND LATCH BAR SLIPPED, CAUSING THE EE S LEFT INDEX FINGER TO BE PINCHED BETWEEN THE SHIMS OR BETWEEN THE LATCH BAR AND SHIMS. THE EE S LEFT INDEX FINGER WAS LACERATED, NEEDING SEVERAL STITCHES.
