WHILE TRYING TO PULL A CONVEYOR PADDLE CHAIN TOGETHER WITH A CHAIN AND RATCHET BINDER, ONE END OF THE CHAIN TWISTED INSTEAD OF TIGHTENED. THE HANDLE OF THE CHAIN BINDER SWUNG AROUND WHEN THE C HAIN UNCOILED STRIKING HIM JUST ABOVE THE RIGHT EYE.
