THE EE WAS REPLACING A LOCK PIN ON A GATE WHEN T HE PIN HOLE WOULD NOT LINE UP THE EE USED A SCREWDRIVER TO TRY AND LINE UP THE PIN HOLES BY PRYING WHILE PRYING THE SCREWDRIVER BROKE LETTING T HE RIGHT WRIST TWIST WE WERE NOT AWARE HE RECEIVED MEDICAL ATTENTION UNTIL 5-4-93 THIS CLAIM IS BEING DENIED UNDER PA WORKERS COMPENSATION LAWS AS NOT BEING WORK RELATED COPY ATTACHED.
