A MECHANIC 1ST CLASS WAS INSTALLING A PROPEL CHAIN ON A DRILL. HE WAS USING A ROPE TO PULL THE CAHIN OVER THE PSROCKET. THE CHAIN PULLED TIGHT AND CAUSED THE ROPE TO BE PULLED THROUGH HIS THUM B AND FIRST FINGER. THE ROPE CUT HIS HAND AND REQUIRED STITCHES.
