EMPLOYEE WAS TA1PING IN A 480V LIGHT CIRCUIT FROM AN ELEVATED MANBASKET. HIS POCKET KNIFE SLIPPED WHILE HE WAS STRIPPING INSULTATION FROM THE #1 QUADRAPLEX CUTTING HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER. FOUR STITCHES WERE 9EQUIRED TO CLOSE THE WOUND.
