EE WAS UNDERNEAT THE POWDER TRUCKK TIGHTENING A PUMP WITH A WRENCH. ONE ARM WAS BRACED ON THE GROUND. EE'S ARM HOLDING THE WRENCH SLIPPED AND INFALLING BACK UPON THE GROUND HIS RIGHT SHOULDER WAS DISLOCATED. EE WAS TAKEN TO A HOSPITAL IN JACKSON KY WHERE HIS SHOULDER WAS SET BACK INTO PLACE ON SAME DATE 9/1/98
