MOVING A LARGE 9OCK OFF A MINE SCOOP WITH A BAR AND PULLED A MUSCLE IN HIS BACK ON RIGHT SIDE. THIS ACCIDENT WAS NOT REPORTED EARLIER BECAUSE THIS EMPLOYEE WORKED ALL THAT DAY AND THEN DID NOT SHOW UP FOR WO9K FOR A WEEK NO ONE KNOW HE HAD HURT HIS BACK HE HAD TOLD NO ONE.
