EE WAS HOLDING A BAR ON THE WEDGE FOR THE HOIST ROPE ON THE 4600 DRAGLINE. CO-WORKER WAS SWINGING A 10 LB SLEDGE HAMMER TO DRIVE THE WEDGE IN. HE MISSED THE BAR, THE HAMMER SLIPPED OUT OF HIS HANDS AND HIT INJURED IN THE LEFT SIDE OF FACE RIGHT BELOW HIS LEFT EYE. STITCHES REQUIRED.
