THE INJURED WAS WORKING ALONG THE 3 BELT CONVEYOR 4 1/2 BREAKS INBY THE4 DRILL DUMPING POINT BUSTING ROCK TO CLEAR UP THE TREAVEL WAY ON THE CLEARNECE SIDE. WHILE BUSTING THE ROCK THE INJURED LITTLE FINGER WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN TGHE SLEDGE HAMMER HANDLE AND THE ROCK CAUSING THE INJURY SUSTAINED.
