EE AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WERE USING COME-A-LONGS TO HOIST BELT TOGETHER AND THE BAR SLIPPED AND CAUGHT EE'S HAND AND WRIST BETWEEN THE BAR AND THE COME-A-LONGS.
