WHILE LOWERING BREAKER SEGMENT TO SECONDARY CRUSHER, THE SEGMENT CAUGHT THE LIP OF THE CRUSHER STRUCTURE WHICH IS THE ONLY WAY TO INSTALL THE SEGMENT. THE SEGMENT TWISTED WHEN IT WENT OVER THE EDGE, THUS STRIKING EE AND KNOCKING HIM OVER THE EDGE OF THE CHUTE TO THE FLOOR. HIS SHOULDER HIT A 5 GALLON BUCKET AND THE CEMENT WALL.
