9?514E AND OTHER REMOVING BOLTS FROM A ROLLER ON DOZER USING A SOCKET,BREAKER BAR AND CHEATER PIPE. THE BOLT BROKE LOOSE UNEXPECTEDLY SENDING A SHOCK THROUGH I.NAME RIGHT ARM. THEY WERE KNOCKE 40666 BALANCE AND BOTH EMPL FELL BACKWARDS. THE INJURY STRAINED MUSCLE IN RIGHT ARM RESULTED FROM THE SUDDEN JAR OF THE BREAKER BAR AND NOT THE FALL.
