I.NAME WAS PICKING UP A JIG CAM AND SHAFT WITH A RED DEVIL RATCHET IN ORDER TO GET IT ACROSS A HANDRAIL AND I.NAME REACHED OUT AND GRABBED IT. AT THIS MOMENT IT MOVED AND CAUGHT HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE CAM AND SHAFT AND THE HAND RAIL MASHING IT.
