MAN WAS PULLING PIECE OF BELT TOGETHER TO MAKE A SPLICE WITH HAND TOOL HE SAID HE HURT HIS BACK TO A MAN THAT HE WAS WORKING WITH HE WORKED THE REST OF THE DAY UNTIL 3PM HE DID NOT REPORT THE ACCIDENT TO THE MINE FOOCE UNTIL AFTER HE WAS HOSPITALIZED LATE THAT NIGHT
