EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING SCOOP OPERATOR CHANGE BATTERIES WHEN HE SAW SOME CAP WEDGES BETWEEN SCOOP FRAME AND BATTERIES. EMPLOYEE TOLD SCOOP OPERATOR ABOUT THE WEDGES AND NEED TO RAISE BATTERIES UP . EMPLOYEE PUT LEFT HAND ON BATTERY JACK AND USED RIGHT HAND TO GET WEDGES OUT. WHEN SCOOP OPERATOR RAISED JACK UP, THE LEFT HAND OF EMPLOYEE WAS MASHED BETWEEN JACK AND BATTERY TRAY.
