EE ATTEMPTED TO MOVE A 6" WATERLINE THAT WAS BLOCKING THE MAIN LINE TRACK BY PRYING ON IT WITH A SLATE BAR. THIS CAUSED HIM TO STRAIN HIS LOWER BACK.
