THE INJURED WAS REPAIRING AN OIL LEAK ON A 785 HAULER. THE LEAK WAS IN A CONFINED LOCATION AND A BOX WRENCH WAS BEING USED TO TIGHTEN BOLTS. THE INJURED STATED THAT HE WAS TIGHTENING THE BOLTS WHEN HE FELT A SHARP PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
