EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO REPLACE A PIECE OF BELT ON THE HUBB #5 SECTION. HE WAS USING HAND TOOLS TO PULL THE BELTLINE. THE WITNESS STATES THAT THE INJURED EMPLOYEE APPARENTLY TWISTED OR SLIPP ED IN MUD CAUSING THE INJURY TO HIS RIGHT SIDE.
