THE EE WAS REPLACING THE RIGHT OUTSIDE SHANK ON A BUCKET. HE STRUCK THE WEAR ITEM THAT ATTACHES TO THE SHANK WITH A HAMMER CAUSING A SMALL FRAGMENT OF METAL TO COME OFF OF THE WEAR HITTING HIM IN THE INNER RIGHT THIGH OF HIS LEG. THE DR COULD NOT FIND THE METAL SO HE WAS REFERRED TO ANOTHER DR.
