Injured was putting waterline together. He was pulling with channel locks. They slipped and hit other waterline which had a jagged edge. When locks slipped, hand caught the edge.
Injured employee was driving a pin in a jack thru the bracket with a hammer when he struck his right thumb.
When changing a broken bottom belt stand, while lifting with a belt rail as a pry bar to lift up on stand. The injured felt a sharp pain in his lower back.

Employee was removing bolts from a bearing to a dump roller on #8 belt head with a 3/4 drive ratchet and socket. When he applied force to the bolt, the socket came off bolt head. He fell backward jamming his right wrist into bottom.
While trimming a piece of belt, the belt knife slipped cutting the victim on the inside of left forearm.
Employee was helping make blet splice on #6 belt, 1 brk out by tailpiece. EE was beating splice with hammer and had a pain in neck, shoulders, and halfway down spine. EE finished shift.
EMPLOYEE WAS TAKING LUG NUTS OFF SHUTTLE CAR TIRE AND WAS PUSHING DOWN ON 3/4 DRIVE RATCHET AND A KNOT DELEVOPED IN RIGHT GROIN AREA, BECAME SORE. HE WENT TO DOCTOR WHO SAID IT WAS AN INFECTION. DID NOT EXPLAIN TO EMPLOYEE WHY KNOT DEVELOPED.
EE WAS KNOCKING STOPPINGS WITH SLEDGE HAMMER AND MOVING CINDER BLOCKS AND MOVING A PUMP. EE'S BACK STARTED TIGHTENING UP AND PAIN AND A BURNING SENSATION STARTED IN HIS LOWER BACK RADIATING UP TO HIS SHOULDERS. EE'S LEFT LEG AND HIP STARTED GETTING NUMBNESS IN THEM THE NEXT DAY.
CHANGING ATRS JACK ON BOLTER. BLOCKING WAS NOT ADEQUATE TO PREVENT A PART FROM FALLING.
MAKING BELT SPLICE AND CHIP OFF OF HAMMER BROKE AND WENT INTO RIGHT HAND AT MIDDLE KNUCKLE.
PULLING BELT WITH PLIERS TO LOAD ON SUPPLY CAR TO BRING OUTSIDE.
2 EMPLOYEES WERE USING A CHAIN HOIST TO MOVE A 75 HP PUMP WHEN THE BOLT HEAD AND PLATE THEY WEREHOOKED TO BROKE AND THE PLATE CAME DOWN STRIKING EE IN THE THIGH.
EMPLOYEE WAS RAISING END OF 60-LB. RAIL WITH SLATE BAR, PRYING END OF RAIL UP WITH BAR. WHILE PUSHING DOWN ON BAR, HE FELT PAIN IN LEFT SHOULDER AND LEFT ARM WENT NUMB.
#2 MOTOR WRECKED ON SLOPE BOTTOM THAT EE WAS OPERATING. WHILE JACKING MOTOR UP JACK DIDN'T PROPERLY CATCH WHEN PUSHING JACK BAR DOWN. JACK BAR CAME UPWARD HITTING EE IN LOWER JAW.
